The Vapex technology creates a hydroxyl radical in a vapor phase which is a naturally occurring oxidant that is produced by combining ozone, water and air.  The hydroxyl radical vapor breaks the carbon bonds that form the fatty acid chain reducing and eliminating surface fats, oils and grease back to their elemental state and they stay in solution.

‍2. Reduce the Stench in your pumpstation

The hydroxyl radical vapor also “cleans the air”, walls and equipment within the pumpstation of odor molecules like H2S. H2S eats at concrete and metals and over time will degrade everting in the enclosed area.  The Vapex system traps the H2S molecules in the water not allowing it to escape into the air. This keeps everything above the water clean and odor free and free from corrosion. ‍
